Philippos Demetriou
Philippos Demetriou started his career in Finance, but he quickly became particularly interested in Business Consulting, specializing in Total Quality Management & Business Process Re-engineering. Working in different industries he has reached an array of expertise through his role as Quality Manager, Sales Manager, General Manager and Business Consultant. He has also attended a significant number of training sessions, concerning ISOs, European funds, the enterprise world etc.
In 2009 he decided to form Morphi - Architecture and Business Design (Morphi A & B Design L.L.C.), as a way to better serve his clientele. He has a deep knowledge of the local market dynamics and a wide network of loyal partners and customers. He is trusted for his responsive and resourceful approach. Placing a premium in customer service, he has an innate ability to understand his clients' needs. He has the patience and calmness to deal successfully with complicated and stressful projects and a specially good command of quality control processes. Along with Maria Kouppi they specialize also in Turn Key Solutions projects. Philippos holds a BSc. in Business Administration and an M.B.A with specialization in Total Management & Business Process Re-engineering.
She has been awarded repeatedly with the team she collaborated for her architectural and urban solutions. Some of her built projects, have featured in local architectural magazines.
Having long experience in practicing architecture Maria has the know-how of all the construction phases. She delivers attention to detail and that is how she has made high quality the trademark of her work. She is now the co-founder of Morphi Architecture and Business Design (Morphi A & B Design L.L.C.).
Maria Kouppi
Maria Kouppi is a registered architect, with more than fifteen years of experience in architecture and construction. Before founding Morphi, she designed, coordinated and supervised, a series of buildings with great success.
She holds a degree in Architecture from Metsovio, the National Technical University of Athens, Greece and a Master's Degree in Regeneration Studies from Cardiff University, Wales UK.
